4. The X-Files - “Monday”
"Monday" begins with Mulder bleeding out on a bank floor while Scully attempts to save him. She tries to reason with Bernard, the bank robber but is only greeted with a bomb strapped to their captor's chest. The bomb is detonated, and everyone is dead.
Mulder awakens to find that his waterbed sprung a leak, his clock is busted, and he owes his landlord for some water damage. This series of events brings him to the bank, where he's greeted by the same bank robber who quickly shoots Mulder. Scully does her thing, the bank robber detonates the bomb, rinse, wash, repeat!
The only person who is aware of the loop is Pam, Bernard's girlfriend, and she's tried multiple times to stop it. Her dialogue suggests she's been trapped in the loop for at least 50 iterations.
It takes a while, but she finally manages to convince Mulder that- he's been repeating the day's events over and over. In the next loop, he repeatedly tells himself that Bernard has a bomb, and he confronts him before he enters the bank. Bernard attempts to shoot Mulder, but Pam jumps in the way.
As she lay dying, she says, "This never happened before." Bernard is peacefully arrested, and the loop is broken.
