When an evil time-remnant Barry Allen wants to take on the original Flash, he needs to come prepared. Time remnant Barry (aka Savitar) used this armour to gain an added edge on the Flash.

The metallic suit covered Savitar from head to toe, and provided him with enhanced durability , which allowed him to brush off physical attacks from individuals, while also being resistant to other forms of attack such as bullets or Killer Frost's powers. The armour also gave him great strength, allowing him to throw around the Flash and others like they are rag dolls.
