Phoebe meets her half-brother, Frank Jr., whilst searching for the father she never knew in 'The One With The Bullies'. When she finally knocks on the door to her fathers house and meet the man that abandoned her and her sister as a child, she discovers he no longer lives there. Frank Jr., however, meets her with immediate affection and from then on they build a bizarre yet inseparable brother-sister relationship. Frank Jr. is noted for his love of melting stuff, which he proudly demonstrates in 'The One With Frank Jr.', as Frank and Phoebe awkwardly get acquainted with one another. He is also noted to have attended Refrigerator College when he feels that a career is necessary to raising his unborn children; his choice of college simply dictated by his love of refrigerators. Craziest Moment When Phoebe and Frank Jr. are sharing hobbies and trying to get to know one another, Frank Jr. displays his love of melting stuff by erm... melting stuff. This even includes attempting to melt a fire extinguisher that Phoebe gives him to put out an almost inevitable fire if it did arise.
