The Doctor helps an eight-year-old boy named George, who is terrified of the supposed monsters lurking in his wardrobe. The fear of dolls, the dark, and the unknown are the three common factors in this episode.
As the Doctor investigates George’s fears, he figures out that George is a Tenza child who was able to bring his fears to life and literally lock them away in the wardrobe.
While the Doctor helps George conquer his fears, Amy is caught by the peg dolls and turned into one, before chasing poor Rory around the house trying to convert him as well.
