10 Doctor Who Revival Era Monsters And Villains That Deserve To Return

The Doctor’s Daughter, from the episode of the same name, has been a fan request for a return ever since her faux death at the end of the episode. But what if she were to come back as a villain, perhaps feeling abandoned by the Doctor and is now seeking vengeance?

Honestly the character could be taken anywhere, she was literally about a day old when we last saw her, anything could have happen in the intervening years. And remember, she was programmed for war, so maybe those instincts never truly went away.

It would be very interesting to see her interact specifically with Whittaker's Doctor - should she call her Mum or Dad? - and seeing as we’re finally getting a return of the Davies era character, this may be more likely now.

Again, if her return does come with her being a straight up villain, does the Doctor stop her? We see her struggle to stop the Master when they duel, but would the dynamic be even harder when it’s her old flesh and blood, so to speak.
