10 Horror TV Shows Scarier Than Any Film

7. The Terror: Infamy

The Terror Infamy
AMC

With a ferocious, Arctic-set first season adapted from controversial Carrion Comfort author Dan Simmon’s epic novel of the same name, expectations were set high for The Terror’s second season.

This time around, the entire cast was new, as was the set up, but luckily The Terror: Infamy not only retained the pitch black tone of the first season but brought with it a dark and ominous new backstory, some compelling characters, and a choice unsettling atmosphere which makes the show one of the scariest small screen experiences of the last few years.

Check out both seasons of this horror masterpiece for a pair of distinctly different scary offerings.
