10 Mistakes Game Of Thrones Can’t Afford To Repeat In Season 6

7. Interesting Characters Forgotten

In this season particularly, regular and smaller characters alike must return to the show to bolster the dwindling and endangered cast. There is now room to establish some interesting characters more, even if they€™re soon for the chop.

Sam and Gilly being forgotten is a danger this year. This couple is intrinsic to the White Walker plot and their Discoveries in the new and exciting city of Oldtown will help advance this narrative with a little more intrigue than action. This would be a nice break from the chaos while still moving the story along.

They are the way in to Oldtown for the first time and we absolutely have to see the oldest city in Westeros at length before this series ends.

Thoros, Gendry and of course Bran were hugely missed in season 5. A man who can bring back the dead, a potential king and a mystical wonder child are awesome elements to include in a fantasy drama and I worry that they have been sidelined for a mite too long.

A sleeker narrative may be the main reason for cutting many of the exciting characters left out but it feels like we€™re approaching the third act here, and this is the most sensible time to bring back whoever will feature between now and the end.
