2. William Rawlins - The Punisher
The one thing you should have learned from this list, if nothing else, is that there are a lot of exploding heads on TV these days. And sadly for him, William Rawlins in the Punisher is another notch on the old head board, as it were.
After capturing Frank Castle along with Billy Russo and just generally being a bit of a dick throughout, Rawlins finally gets his comeuppance at the hands (and knives and thumbs) of Frank Castle. Just as he should.
Stabbing him repeatedly and beating him viciously is, of course, not enough for Frank and he finishes his enemy with a flourish, driving his thumbs into Bills' eyes and exacting one of the most memorable Punishments by a man well-known for them.
