10 Most Powerful Doctor Who Villains

1. The Doctor

Yes, The Doctor, beacon of light and hope and saviour of the universe on countless occasions, but also his own most powerful enemy.

In many ways he is too good, allowing a number of enemies to ultimately escape because of his morals. There’s also the fact that the Pandorica was built to hold him, he was responsible for ending the time war and destroying not only the Daleks but his own race as well, and he is the most feared alien in the universe. And he knows it.

Various actors bring varying degrees of this slightly angrier, more powerful and aware being, but it’s always there in his character, reluctantly or willingly, and he holds power no one else in the universe does.

Plus, no man has ever managed to so successfully use a screwdriver before (except maybe Rugrats’ Tommy Pickles, but he was a baby and hello theory!?), so he deserves major credit for that feat alone.
