10 Sci-Fi TV Series That Deserve A Second Chance

9. Travelers

Fringe TV Show
ABC

In a post-apocalyptic future, agents are sent back in time in five person teams to prevent the events that cause the grim reality from happening. Each agent's consciousness is travels through times to inhabit the body of someone who is only moments from death. The agent then has to live their host's life while completing their respective missions.

Travelers is a far more recent series. It ran for three seasons starting in 2016 but only produced 34 episodes during that run. It starred Eric McCormack of Will & Grace fame as Grant MacLaren, the leader of a team who now inhabits the body of a married FBI agent. That's somehow both fortunate and awkward at the same time.

The premise is interesting and still has potential. Considering that Will & Grace is coming to an end, again, there might be an opportunity to make new episodes.
