5. Supernatural €“ Two And A Half Men

As someone who has not really exposed to being around a baby until I was 18 and my niece was born, I have huge gaps in what is needed to raise a baby. Though I have drowned myself in books and articles since becoming pregnant, there is still something so intimidating and overwhelming to the concept of taking care of a child. I remember at my baby shower staring at an aspirator and wondering what it could possibly be for €“ it was like being left with a complex piece of technology with no manual. This feeling is reflected in the Supernatural episode "Two and a Half Men". Brothers Dean and Sam find themselves the sole protectors of a baby being hunted by shape-shifting demons. This situation takes strange and often hilarious turns, such as the brothers' futile attempts to calm the baby's cries as they wander a grocery store gathering supplies. Even though he knows little about the specifics of how to care for a child, he knows deep inside what is necessary for Ben to be raised right.
