10 Star Trek Characters Who MUST Return

2. T'Pol

Star Trek Enterprise T Pol
CBS

If there is one character from Enterprise who deserves justice, it is Jolene Blalock's T'Pol. We have already been vocal about the behind-the-scenes issues that plagued her for the duration of filming, so this entry will be concerned with on-screen reasons for her return.

T'Pol, as a Vulcan, ages a lot more gracefully than humans do. Therefore, while Archer may be a slight stretch to appear in Strange New Worlds, T'Pol would barely be hitting middle-age by the time of Pike's adventures. She was deep in the study of the Kir'shara in Enterprise's fourth season so, with one hundred years behind her, it would be fascinating to see if she still believed in the words of Surak.

Having grown at least somewhat close to T'pau during that same period, it is conceivable that she could come into contact with Spock without drawing the ire of audiences. While explaining away a secret sister was a challenge, there is nothing stopping him from encountering T'Pol, the first Vulcan to serve for an extended period with a mostly human crew.

Selfishly, we believe that T'Pol had become one of, if not the, most interesting character in Enterprise before her journey was cut brutally short. If season five of Enterprise is never to be, then Strange New Worlds could take up the reigns.
