Deborah Ann Woll may not be a household name, but she has been launched into the Marvel world with huge success on the widely-acclaimed Daredevil series on Netflix. The 30-year-old actress' most famed role came during the hit HBO show True Blood, playing the role of Jessica Hamby across a six-year spell, ending in 2014 when the series ended after seven seasons of blood, gore and a whole cast of lusty vampires. Before then, she had made guest appearances in some of US TV's biggest shows including: ER, My Name Is Earl, CSI, The Mentalist and Law & Order, all of which culminated in the True Blood role, and most recently Daredevil. It's a drastic change from her original acting path which saw the Brooklyn-born actress graduate from the University of Southern California and completed a rigorous Shakespeare training program in London, England.
