Here's one of the greatest things going for Bob's Burgers - it's so inclusive, that it actively encourages audiences the importance of being yourself. The Belcher family are often so bizarre and eccentric and yet, there's something admirable about their candid realism, making them much more relatable to audiences.

There is also some amazing representation of the LGBT+ community. Bob Belcher is incredibly open minded about everyone he encounters, having been a cab driver for a group of transgender prostitutes in the first season and being completely accepting and friendly with them. There is also evidence to suggest Bob could be bi-sexual because of how he claims to be "mostly straight".

Although there is occasional stereotyping, the show's writers have never made an unnecessary swipe at a certain group of people just for the sake of shock value. As a result, Bob's Burgers is a much more appealing programme because it depicts the importance of love and acceptance, without ever being too heavy handed about it.
