10 Things You Probably Didn't Know About Mr. Robot
1. Iron Man Is A Fan
It's not unusual for actors to be a fan of each other's work. Anyone can appreciate a good performance. Sometimes however, what starts off as simple appreciation can blossom into full on awestruck.
At first when Rami Malek got an email of admiration from Robert Downey Jr. he thought it was a prank. To his surprise, It turned out to be anything but. Not only is the Iron Man actor a huge fan of his performance in Mr. Robot, but in 2016 he actually interviewed the guy himself.
In the interview, the two hit it off like old friends. They talk about things such as Malek's experimental film Buster Mal's Heart, the time RDJ visited the Mr. Robot set, season two of the show, and plans to do a follow-up interview in 2036 if any of us are still alive by then.
When reading the interview, it's hard to not want to be a fly on the wall along with them. There's just something that feels so refreshing about the idea of two fans of each other geeking-out, especially when they're as charismatic as these two.
