10 Times Doctor Who Was More Like Fifty Shades Of Grey

5. The Centurion And The Kissogram

It may be seen by many fans as the foremost expression of love, when Auton Rory guards Amy in the Pandorica for 2,000 years, but let's not forget that Roman Centurion outfit got a lot more use than that. In A Christmas Carol, for example, when lovely little Melody was conceived, the outfits were used for an activity that, one would hope, would result in them being dropped off at the dry cleaners.

Now, a bit of roleplay is hardly S&M of course, but let's not forget that Amy's previous form with those handcuffs. She was rather quick - and accomplished - at handcuffing the newly regenerated Eleventh Doctor to the radiator, wasn't she? Something tells us there was some domination of the Centurion going on behind the scenes, too.

This brings us to the tricky thought that, with such an extensive TARDIS wardrobe, did any other outfits get used in that honeymoon? Did Rory dress up in a frilly shirt and velvet smoking jacket? A kilt? As for Amy, she'd have been hard pressed to find any skirts shorter than the ones she usually wore, but did one of Leela's make an appearance too? Was the post-nuptials confined to just the one room? The pool? The Zero Room? The mind boggles.
