Annette Badland first appeared in Doctor Who in 2005, in the Aliens of London/World War Three two-parter, as Margaret Blaine, senior member of MI5, but it didn't take long to realise that not everything was as it seemed. As it turns out, the real Margaret had actually been killed by Blon Fel-Fotch (that's Blon Fel-Fotch Passameer-Day Slitheen if you want to get personal, and she certainly did!) who subsequently used her skin to impersonate her. Spoilers: Not very. These days, though, Annette is adding a much needed touch of comic relief to Albert Square through her portrayal of Aunt Babe in EastEnders, and guess what? She hasn't farted once! Well, not yet, at least. Aunt Babe is a coveted member of the Carters who have added a whole new meaning to the term 'keeping it in the family'. Speaking of which...
