1. Jack Donaghy - 30 Rock
It's almost impossible to imagine two people being more different and more similar than Ron Swanson and Jack Donaghy. Ron loves spending time alone in the woods, drinking scotch and eating good meat. Actually, Jack loves the same things but he prefers to do them from his office overlooking Manhattan.
Jack worked his was up the corporate ladder from the bottom all the way to the top. He's no stranger to putting in the hours to get the results. Ron is the same way, putting in the work where it counts, which certainly isn't his job in the Pawnee government. He genuinely hates it.
Both Jack and Ron love America and capitalism but hate government. They would honestly probably end up being quite close friends, sharing a steak and a scotch while complaining about all the people who make them angry. That's pretty much everyone who is outside their immediate circle of friends and family.
