10 TV Show Mistakes You Can't Unsee
1. A Green Amputation Mistake - 9-1-1
Sitting as perhaps the most jaw-dropping "you had one job" occurrence to pop up on TV screens over the last few years, Season 3's The Searchers episode of 9-1-1 initially contained one rather unintentionally bizarre visual.
With Capt. Ronnie Cooper unfortunately losing an arm during the episode, he's eventually seen recovering in a hospital bed late on with the rest of his colleagues. They all share a laugh as Ed Sheeran sweetly lends his vocals in the background. How wholesome.
The only problem is the fact that someone shockingly forgot to digitally erase Cooper's arm in the finished article, leading to the entirely surreal shot of a green-sleeved Leonard Roberts conversing with Ronda Rousey's Lena Bosko.
Depending on what streaming service or network you took in this third episode of Season 3 on, the effect has either thankfully been sorted out or remains as a somewhat outrageous blunder. Either way, though, once you witness the green-armed version of this entirely unusual couple of seconds, you likely won't even be able to watch the fully erased moment the same way again.
What a mess.
