10 TV Shows That Just Got Cancelled
1. Obliterated
Netflix's recent comedy Obliterated sits firmly in the category of so-bad-it's-good, a self-aware, gleefully uncaged satire about covert spies attempting to save Las Vegas from terrorists whilst black-out drunk and high as kites.
It's brilliantly funny at times, in a mindless, leave-your-brain-at-the-door-and-just-have-fun way, and makes the most of its ludicrous premise with raunchy humour, explosive action, and a game cast led by Teen Wolf's Shelley Henig, Paola Lázaro, and a scene-stealing Nick Zano.
Despite its thrills and audience popularity, spending over ten weeks in the Netflix top ten, Obliterated found itself axed before a seemingly secure second-season renewal could be announced. There's a good chance cost played a big part in the decision, and there's no doubt that Obliterated - fun, meta and wonderfully odd - will be strangely missed.
