11. Ross Is A Serial Cheater
Most good TV characters aren't perfect, and that's absolutely the way it should be. A flawed character is one that is more realistic, and more relatable. However, there should be some sort of limit. In most cases, the character in question still has to remain likable.
Friends certainly falls into this category, as all six of the main characters are supposed to be loveable, however the writers did dish out some flaws that are quite difficult to get past. Take Ross and his habit of cheating on his girlfriends.
Rachel's mom said it about Ross the best - 'once a cheater, always a cheater'. The oldest Geller child proved this theory right on numerous occasions as he cheated on Julie with Rachel, he cheated on Rachel with Chloe, and he even kissed Phoebe while technically still married to Carol.
Plenty of characters slip up, learn from their mistake, and grow as people. However, with Ross and his cheating, it pushes him dangerously close to the realms of being unlikeable and irredeemable, almost making you question how he is able to maintain any relationship he is a part of.
