10. Shane Walsh
After an ongoing argument about which of the two would be better at looking out for Lori and Carl, Shane lures Rick out in to the fields surrounding Hershel's farm with the intention of killing him and having Lori to himself. Rick sees through the plan and the two argue and, whilst pretending to hand Shane a gun, Rick pulls a knife out and stabs him, telling him that he brought this on himself. Shane then dies and Rick finds himself in shock. Suddenly Carl appears, shocked to see Shane dead. Carl aims his gun and the viewer thinks he's aiming it at his Dad for killing Shane, but he's actually aiming it at Shane, who has risen as a Walker, and whom Carl immediately shoots dead without thinking twice.
