11. Theodore "T-Bag" Bagwell €“ Prison Break

Those who've watched Prison Break will no doubt remember T-Bag well, considering how enduring a legacy this sex-offender and murderer from the American South cut in the show. T-Bag talks and manipulates easily and is awfully good in a fight; he hurts everyone around him in the prison, both physically and psychologically and frequently threatens his fellow inmates, who are as equally disgusted by him as the audience. Inevitably, when he escapes from the prison, he goes right back to what he does best: raping, stealing and killing, and blaming others for his crimes, reinforcing his image as just the worst guy. While T-Bag really is unforgivably bad, he was one of the few characters that kept Prison Break interesting for the entire duration of the show, even when other story arcs were losing their lustre.
