10. Will & Grace

Will & Grace has already come back from cancellation once, despite how strange a revival looked when it originally ended, but this time it's for good. 2020 will see the eleventh and final season from the gang and the cancellation comes down to diminishing returns.

The 2017 revival season was popular, with good ratings and strong reviews but the renewal for a 10th and 11th season coincided with a drop in viewing figures to historical lows. The 9th averaged 8.8m across its 16 episodes, but from the debut episode's 15.8m draw, it ended up on only 6.5m by the finale. Those fortunes continued into the 10th season, which averaged 5.31m total viewers.

The downward trend did for the show and while there's another season to come, it won't go on beyond that.
