It was hard to believe that 'Bye', the season two finale, would ever be topped as the worst episode of 13 Reasons Why. After all, it had an absolutely appalling ending and one of the most horrible, gratuitous moments in television history, but yes, 13 Reasons Why has now outdone itself.

'Senior Camping Trip', episode four of season four, is a turkey. A bizarre, surreal, abysmally directed and endlessly stupid episode that jumps from dumb vignette to dumb vignette without a hint of coherence or purpose, this one really has nothing going for it whatsoever. Most of it is just the characters freaking out about an urban legend, as well as some other very silly things.

So yes, this is worse than 'Bye'. At least 'Bye' had a couple of good scenes, such as Hannah Baker's funeral, while aside from some unintentional hilarity, 'Senior Camping Trip' really does have nothing going for it.
