Why It Might Not

ABC owns the show outright, which gives it an advantage, and there's the fact it stars Kiefer Sutherland: he's still something of a big name on TV, which might make ABC chiefs a little hesitant. It might be doing just enough, once delayed viewing is factored in, to scrape a third season.
