13 Upcoming Netflix Original Shows To Be Excited About

With his films not quite the megahits they were back in his mid-noughties peak, Judd Apatow has been investing more time in his TV work, such as producing and writing for Lena Dunham€™s Girls.

Apatow has co-created Love alongside Lesley Arfin, who has worked on Girls and Brooklyn Nine-Nine, and the show has been given a two-season order by Netflix, who are clearly putting a lot of faith in the pedigree behind it.

Community€™s Gillian Jacobs is set to star, along with Paul Rust, as a couple experiencing the €œexhilarations and humiliations of intimacy, commitment, and other things they were hoping to avoid.€

Brent Forrester, who wrote and directed a number of episodes of The Office, and has also written for The Simpsons during its mid-90s golden period, will serve as showrunner, with season 1 expected in 2016.
