15 Annoying Mistakes You Never Noticed In Doctor Who

9. Matt Smith's Script

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0e71KWwE5Fk The Thirteen Doctors sequence is the crowning glory of the 50th Anniversary. It restores Gallifrey to its rightful place in the Whoniverse, it€™s the first appearance of the Twelfth Doctor, and it€™s the first time in Doctor Who history that all thirteen Doctors come together as one. As a dramatic set-piece, it is absolutely flawless. Nearly. Matt Smith makes another appearance on this list in a technical error, with the cock-up of leaving his script on top of the Tardis console in shots where it€™s clearly visible. A goof that€™s shared by the production crew and the editors for not doubling back and reshooting those scenes or editing around them. Particularly since the absence of the script in several shots suggests that the crew were alerted to this problem and either didn€™t decide to replace what had already been shot, or did reshoot and handed the footage to the editors who then made the error of using the footage that includes the script.
