7. The Shower Head
"Low flow? I don't like the sound of that..." -Kramer Kramer and Newman, both equally shady individuals, seem to have a guy for just about anything, including shower heads. When the building superintendent installs low flow shower heads in every unit in the building to cut down the water bills, these uber ridiculous hairstyles pictured above result, leading Kramer and Newman to turn to other black market options. They go to a couple of Serbs (who, despite footage to the contrary, are apparently fanatical about their showers) and Kramer chooses a super powered shower head reserved usually for circus animals, which yields hilarious results during the credits. Meanwhile, Elaine is chosen to accompany J. Peterman (John O'Hurley) on a trip to Africa, but is rejected at the last minute after failing a random drug test. After several repeat attempts, she discovers that the opiates in her poppy seed bagel are screwing with her test results. When Jerry's parents come to visit, she begs his mother to let her use her urine for the final test, and she pops negative for opium... but positive for premature menopause and still can't go to Africa. Whoops.
