20. The Mansion Should Look Familiar To Comic Book Fans
Hatley Castle, in British Columbia, has been home to more than one comic book character in its long history. It was used as the set for the Luthor estate in Smallville, immediately showing viewers that the seemingly friendly bald billionaire was bound to cast a long shadow over the series. The picturesque estate was also used as Charles Xaviers School for Gifted Youngsters in the X-Men film franchise. With so much action taking place in and around the estate throughout the many films, it is hard to forget this memorable house After housing Superman's arch-nemesis and sheltering Charles Xavier's mutant students, the large residence is now housing the Billionaire Queen family, although recent financial developments on the show have meant that the family have been evicted from the awe inspiring property.
