11. Conrad (Weeds)
Played by the awesomely-named Romany Malco, Conrad Shepard is a low-level pot dealer who works with his aunt to supply Nancy Botwin her ganja in the early seasons of the show Weeds. Conrad proves himself to be not only strikingly calm and level-headed when compared to the other criminals depicted on the show, but quite intelligent. In fact, were he not stifled by his aunt, it's apparent that Conrad could've been something of a Walter-White-of-Weed. But unfortunately for the show, Conrad gets written off when Nancy and her family move out of Ren Mar. Not only did the show suffer due to a lack of Conrad, but the brutal sexual tension between Conrad and Nancy perhaps the most compelling subplot of the first three seasons, which was unfortunately never fully fleshed out. I think that many people would've preferred to stay in California with Conrad than travel around with the increasingly obnoxious Nancy.
