20 TV Shows That Just Got Cancelled
5. Happy Together
CBS and Damon Wayans Jr evidently weren't Happy Together, with this sitcom - which was executive produced by Harry Styles and loosely based on his experiences - unsurprisingly biting the bullet.
The show followed Jake and Claire, a thirty-something couple who are tired of their mundane life and start to reconnect with their younger, cooler selves when an emerging pop star moves in. However, despite praise for the lead performances, the series struggled to find an audience: it dropped two million viewers from lead-in series The Neighborhood, and cancellation always looked likely when it was the only CBS freshman comedy not to score an order for additional episodes beyond the original 13.
