19. The Kominsky Method
It seems like yesterday fans were introduced to aging acting coach Sandy Kominsky (Michael Douglas) and his agent Norman (Alan Arkin), but already it's time to say goodbye.
Chuck Lorre's witty comedy-drama will end with its third and final season later this year, which was confirmed by Netflix in July of 2020. Despite the global pandemic slowing down the filming process, the final season is set to consist of eight episodes and conclude before the turn of 2022.
The biggest news about the season, rather tragically, is that Alan Arkin will not be returning, and that his character will be written out.
Netflix is putting an end to many shows this year, but The Kominsky Method will be one of its most missed for sure.
