After having made his feelings known to Rick earlier in the episode, we find Carter looking to start an uprising of sorts. And he doesnt mince his words, outright stating that his intention is to kill Rick! Clumsy Eugene is lurking nearby and ends up getting spotted by Carter, leading to Eugenes poor mullet ending up in the sights of Carters pistol. Of course, Rick, Morgan and Daryl would conveniently arrive to save the day, although by now its been made abundantly clear that Carter is on a one-man crusade.
