4 Ups & 1 Down From Doctor Who Series 12 - Praxeus

2. LGBT+ Representation Is Live And Kissin'

Praxeus Kiss Doctor Who
BBC

Speaking of these two incredible characters, once Jake has been rescued, and is back in Adam's arms, the two share the kiss we've all been waiting for since we found out they were a relatively dysfunctional couple. Doctor Who has never shied from LGBT+ representation, especially not in the new series. Bill, Heather, Madame Vastra, Jenny, and Captain Jack have been significant LGBT+ characters, just to name a few, with Jake and Adam joining their ranks.

Though many complained to Ofcom and the BBC themselves the last time a homosexual kiss was shared on the show (back in 2014's Deep Breath), let's hope viewers have matured since then and have actually set their watches to 2020.

Born in Theatre, sits at a Computer. After over a decade of tinkering with Video Editing software, Rich gets to spend his precious time editing whatever's thrown at him. Also the go-to for Doctor Who, and could tell you why Sans Serif fonts are better than most. Still occasionally tap dances under the desk.
