2. Brooklyn 99 - Vindication
This tag scene revolves around the beloved Captain Holt from the 99. Some of the best scenes from Brooklyn 99 involve the usually stoic mentor in moments of more... enthusiastic emotions. Any fan of B99 LOVES the iconic scene where Holt becomes outraged and apoplectic when Rosa suggests he should "bone" his husband to solve their marital problems. If you read "bone" in Holt's voice, you're a true B99 fan.
Now the tag scene in question is short and sweet, and only contains two characters: Rosa and Holt. The scene takes place at the end of the Season 4 episode Monster in the Closet, in which Rosa and loose-canon Adrian Pimento plan to get married. Holt's arc for the entire episode is literally just him trying to make the perfect balloon arch. It sounds ridiculously boring and simple, but it's the simplicity that makes these Holt scenes so hilarious.
The episode ends with Rosa as she tries to enter Holt's office to talk to him while he nervously tries to keep her out. When Rosa eventually manages to barge in, we see a beautiful and extravagant balloon arch taking up the entire space of Holt's office.
At first Rosa just stares blankly at it, leading us, and Holt, to believe she's judging the arch the way she judges everything. But when she exclaims that the balloons are "magnificent", Holt utters one of his most famous lines: "VinnnnDICATION!"
