7 Ideas For The New Arrowverse Show In 2020

By now you've probably noticed a recurring theme with the ideas on this list, but it just can't be helped when the Arrowverse has been teasing the future left, right, and centre. Nora West-Allen stands out from the others for already having a complicated history in the CW's multiverse.

Nora initially appears as a "mystery girl" throughout the fourth season of the Flash, before finally revealing that she is actually the daughter of Barry and Iris West-Allen from the future. Nora revels in her time in the past as Barry had been absent for most of her childhood - a disappearance that has been teased since the show's pilot episode. In the fifth season finale, Nora effectively erases herself from the timeline in order to stop Cicada once and for all.

So how do you make a show about a woman who doesn't really exist anymore? Probably through a little event called Crisis On Infinite Earths. Really anything could happen during this event, mending or altering the Arrowverse as it will. Restoring Nora seems like a no-brainer, considering her well-formed character development and overall likeability, and she doesn't deserve to be yet another Speedster that's swept under the rug after their fifteen minutes of fame (looking at you Jesse Quick and Wally West!).

Granted, it would be harder to avoid spoiling the Flash, unlike the aforementioned future ideas, as both shows would be co-existing and Nora isn't too far into the future like the Legion. Despite that, the writing team and direction of the Arrowverse deserves credibility for the web they have already spun. And anyway, how else could they redeem their depiction of Godspeed?
