3. Big Guest Stars
OK, so casting Tom Cruise is never going to happen, and probably wouldnt be a good idea anyway (although I reckon they could give Rudy some cracking Scientology jokes), but it would be stupid not to take advantage of the fact the movie may be able to attract some names the TV show never could. Mark Heap in the Series 3 final was a start, but the movie could get some even bigger British comedy names on board. Imagine casting Simon Pegg as the gangs new creepy probation working (assuming the current TV one has been killed off by then), or David Mitchell as a seemingly innocent man with a dark, and really quite disturbing, power. Not only would these kind of people probably mean a bigger box-office draw, but they would obviously also be great additions to the cast. These sorts of castings would probably also make the movie credible to normal cinema goers, and maybe even attract them to the TV series itself, which can only be a good thing (probably).
