4. Lots Of Power Usage
If theres one criticism of the last two series of Misfits that I agree with, its that none of the characters have used their powers anywhere near enough. In the first series or two, the characters would each use their powers most episodes, often more than once. However, recently this has stopped, and we are lucky to see even one of the main characters use their powers more than fleetingly in a episode. They need to start using their powers more, as it was, and still should be, an integral part of the show. We need to see Jess actually use her power - she hasnt since a brief reveal in her first episode - despite the fact that its actually quite a useful one, and also has some comic potential (she hears banging in the night through a wall and gets scared, so uses her power to look through, but it is actually Rudy having some weird sex). Finn try to master his telekinesis is also quite a appealing idea, although he should definitely fail, and, most importantly, there needs to be lots of split-Rudy in the movie, as this is one of the most inventive, unique and funny aspects of the show, and has been sorely missed from the passed few episodes. The gang should also meet others with a range of different powers, including a villain, which is almost essential to a movie version, who should have a power as weird and inventive as Monsieur Fromage.
