8 Cleverest TV Series Finale Titles

4. Last Lunch - 30 Rock

The Sopranos
NBC

Getting lunch for your co-workers is an everyday ritual; it is also used to great effect throughout 30 Rock.

The series finale title not only portrays the literal "last" lunch of the TGS crew, but does so in a pretty hilarious, wholesome way. Throughout the series, the writers of the TGS with Tracy Jordan show pick different takeout venues when placing the lunch order. J. D. Lutz, often considered lazy and socially-inept, is the subject of sustained ridicule during his tenure at the set.

As a character who was picked on for several years by the crew, he goes to absurd lengths to get his revenge on them. After legally changing his surname to Aardvark, he is alphabetically chosen to pick the titular last lunch. His choice? Blimpie, a restaurant that was recognized by the crew throughout the series as the absolute worst.

It's a nice victory for one of the show's more comical characters, with Last Lunch providing a final glimpse into the overall cohesiveness of a team before they separate in various directions.
