8 TV Finales So Bad They Wiped Shows From Existence

5. Lost (2004 To 2010)

Game Of Thrones Dany Face

It was weird. It was strange. It was mysterious. Lost enraptured fans from moment one with the plight of Oceanic Airlines Flight 815 as it crashed on a strange island. The survivors quickly realize that this deserted island is more than what it appears to be and fans spent the next six seasons dissecting every clue left for them.

Those clues led nowhere in the end.

Lost's finale raised more questions than it answered, leaving people who had been along for the entire ride flummoxed. Debate raged for years about what everything meant until people just stopped caring. What was a cultural force was rendered as a cultural footnote thanks to an ending that didn't really try to live up to expectations.
