Roger will do just about anything to fund his drinking, so he has the ingenious plan of disguising himself as a single mother to get free stuff from the Welfare.

It's not the first (and most certainly not the last) time we see Roger in drag, but this is a cut above the rest. With trashy fur coat, gold hoop earrings and long talons, Roger certainly looks the part. Completing the outfit with 5 babies, 4 of which are tied to a piece of rope, being dragged along the floor, and all of different ethnicities. American Dad is definitely portraying a stereotype of women on welfare, but in a totally hilarious way.

Roger is then seen later in the episode, drunk under the table, shouting "the system works" and using the 'baby lasso' to drag himself around.

Certainly one of his best and funniest disguises for getting money, while taking a slight dig at the American government, but we wouldn't expect anything less Mr Macfarlane.
