4. Theres Just Something About Florida
Freak Show took place in Jupiter, Florida, a sleepy little town near the beach. In Murder House, Vivien Harmon states that she has family in Florida, and even planned on flying there to deliver her babies. That plan is moot when Viviens crappy husband decides to have her locked up in an asylum (wonder who runs that one?). By the time he gets her out, the demon seed breaks her water and shes forced to give birth in the house, surrounded by the ghosts of dead wackos. So, is Florida like Massachusetts - a deceptively important state? In another odd relation to actual history, a Florida woman recently claimed to have had a third breast installed, which makes her look like Desiree Dupree, without the sass. Her story appears to be a hoax, though, and no one knows if shes a fan of the show or not. Lets hope not because she cant be taking the spotlight from Angela Bassett.
