Arrested Development May Return in 2013, Hopefully
It looks like the Arrested cast and crew may be getting back together for real this time.
Arrested Development has given us a lot of back and forth in recent years, and honestly it's hard to keep up. First everyone was in, then just Michael Cera wasn't. Then that was just a big inside joke that the crew let nobody in on. But it looks like the Arrested cast and crew may be getting back together for real this time. Dean Lorey, co-executive producer of the show, wrote on his blog that he, Mitchell Hurwitz and Jim Vallely were working on writing new seasons, which should be coming to Netflix in 2013. He also said The original cast is back, which means we may soon get to see the faces of Bateman, Cera, Cross, Tambor, and yadda yadda all-star ensemble cast. His most convincing evidence that everybodys onboard? We already have offices and parking spaces. Well excuse me Lorey, you blowhard, but I need something a bit firmer than that to grasp. Of course, given the shows track record its hard to take this as news as completely legit. But hey, Arrested Development is one of those shows that actually listen to their fans. So bug the shit out of Lorey and Hurwitz and we might actually see this through. What are we about, if were not stirring the pot a bit.
