Of any character in the third season, Thea has grown the most. She is now a night club owner, martial artist, daddy's girl, and unwitting assassin. Similar to Laurel, she has been training to be a fighter (Thea has the much better teacher) and has gotten pretty good. The fact that her father is using her as a pawn in order to clear his own name makes her no less deadly. It is inevitable that Thea will find out that she killed Sara and that she was used as Merlin's get out of jail free card. Because this will be a new low point for her, she will need all of the support that she can get from Oliver. So expect her to either stumble upon Oliver's secret, or from him to let her in as a result of her broken heart. After that, whether she joins Team Arrow, becomes a villain, or goes back to being a civilian, only time will tell.
