Having thrown down with the Green Arrow at his family home, Damien Darhk decides to use his magical powers to actual summon the Emerald Archers own arrows before then forcefully pushing them back at the Master Bowman. It was the move of a total b*stard, and it was one of those that was massively surprisingly but also really, really cool to see. Damien Darhk is a serious force to be reckoned with, as weve seen previously, and using Oliver Queens own arrows against him was just another way of highlighting this uber-rogues ever-impressive powers.
