Arrow loves to start its seasons off with a bang, and Season 4 was no different. Not content with showcasing how powerful and merciless Damien Darhk can be, an even bigger shock was ahead at the end of the seasons first episode when it was revealed that Quentin Lance was working alongside Darhk. Weve seen over the past four years how much disdain Lance has had towards Oliver Queen at times, but seeing him working with the man who wanted to destroy Star City was a massive twist. Of course, all would be smoothed out on that front after Ollie got wind of Lances working relationship and wasted no time in confronting him about it in the way that only Oliver Queen could.
