9. Have We Seen The Last Of Lonnie?

Anarky has been a strange recurring villain for Arrow this year. He's not really like his comics counterpart, and at first seemed to be maybe a one-and-done character, but he's kept coming back, and his anger has been increasingly targeted at Damien Darhk. It's hard to argue with (some of) his motives, even if his methods leave a lot to be desired. He's also very handy with a staff, to varying degrees (sometimes he gets beat in a one-on-one, others he's taking on all of Team Arrow at once), and creepily calls Thea "mommy."

Given he's borderline obsessed with Darhk and intertwined (in his mind, anyway) with Thea, it wouldn't be much of a stretch to see him return again in the Season 4 finale, given he's been one of the main villains this year outside of Darhk and Malcolm Merlyn. Could he help Team Arrow? Will he eventually get killed by Darhk?
