9. What Future Do Quentin And Donna Have On The Show?

In a bit of mirroring from last year, Donna Smoak and Quentin Lance end the season by riding off together. It's not a surprising decision, given all Lance has been through and the fact he no longer has a job in Star City, but it puts into doubt their future on the show.

Although both are good additions to the series, and Paul Blackthorne in particular regularly delivers some great, often emotional work, neither are key members of Team Arrow, so it's not as clear that they'll return (I mean of course they will, but there doesn't appear much reason for it).

Maybe Donna will just miss her daughter? Maybe Oliver can use his new position to give Lance a new job?
