Arrow Season 4 Spoilers: Everything You Need To Know

Any superhero needs some villains to fight, and that's no different with Arrow, who'll have plenty of new foes this time around, both in the present and the past.  

In the flashbacks he'll be facing the villainous organisation known as Shadowspire (who, unlike the comics variation, won't be having any Nazi connections here - thankfully), led by Baron Reiter. He'll be played by Jimmy Akingbola, and the group will also include the character Conklin (Ryan Robbins), as they try to infiltrate and influence government. 

Back to the present and there's plenty of new enemies as well, including Jeremy Tell (J.R. Bourne), also known by the name Double Down. He's a bit like X-Men's Gambit, in that he uses playing cards as weapons, only here it's tattoos of them that he actually has on his body. 

Another villain to know about is Lonnie Mitchell, aka Anarky, who'll be played be Alexander Calvert. A computer whiz who believes in causing social anarchy, he'll be "a deranged freelancing criminal who is willing to do whatever it takes to impress a potential employer."
